This is what takes place after you order and before your material reaches your property.
Submit Your Order
Choose a material and quantity from our product selection. Then provide the delivery zip code and pick a delivery date.
Supplier Matching
Your order is connected with a nearby supplier in our network for delivery.
Confirming Delivery
Your email confirmation will list the delivery date along with a contact number for the nearby supplier.
Dump Truck Delivery
Your material arrives by dump truck at your driveway or another spot you specify on the property.
Delivery-Day Details
Ahead of Delivery
- Prepare the spot where the material will be unloaded
- Provide dump truck access with a 12-foot-wide clear route, free of low branches and wires.
- Show the unloading location with a flag, cone, or another easy-to-see marker.
- You do NOT have to be there. Leave open access along with directions for placement
- Keep your phone nearby because the driver might call or text for confirmation
At Delivery
- For placement questions, the driver will call or text you
- The material is unloaded in one pile where you directed
- The usual unloading location is the driveway or reachable ground alongside it
- The full delivery generally lasts about 10-15 minutes

Vermont Rock Supply offers aggregate delivery throughout Vermont. Delivery service is available for properties in both towns and rural areas.

Delivery Questions
Must I be present for delivery?
No. Keep the access route open and provide unloading directions. The driver will dump the material where you indicate.
What quantity can I buy?
Order any quantity, from one ton to a multi-ton load. Put your project size into the calculator, or tell us what you need and we'll load that amount.
Can material be unloaded in my backyard?
Safe dumping requires open, level ground for the truck. A backyard drop is possible if the truck can access it. Otherwise, delivery is usually placed at the driveway or beside the street.
What happens if my order is too large or too small?
Use the calculator to estimate how much material you need. If more is needed, place an additional order. Review the refund policy if you need to cancel.
Are weekend deliveries available?
At this time, delivery is available only on weekdays (Monday through Friday). Choose your preferred date during checkout.
What delivery confirmation do I get?
An email with your order and delivery details is sent immediately. Our team will follow up about the delivery date and provide the supplier's contact information.
What if a truck cannot get to my property?
Dump trucks need a 12-foot-wide access route without low branches or overhead wires. If the truck cannot access your site, the driver will unload at the nearest safe spot. Contact us before ordering with any access concerns.
